Thank you for choosing Vastu AI: Home & Office Expert. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, and billing matters are handled for purchases made within the App. All premium memberships and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Vastu AI does not collect, store, or process your payment card details and cannot directly issue refunds.

All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies and procedures. Generally, purchases may be eligible for refunds depending on the time elapsed since the transaction. Refund eligibility and approval are determined solely by Google; Vastu AI cannot guarantee or override Google's refund decisions.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit your request directly through Google Play by following these steps:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vastu AI → Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, future billing stops and premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund. Except where required by law, partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to an active premium membership (such as premium features not unlocking, billing mismatch, or purchase restoration problems), please contact our support team for prompt review.
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact Google Play Support immediately to secure your account.
