Thank you for choosing Vigil. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for any digital purchases or subscriptions made through the Vigil mobile application.

Because Vigil is distributed through the Google Play Store, all financial transactions, including billing, cancellations, and refunds, are managed securely by Google.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Vigil Premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
4. Select the Vigil subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play's refund policies and applicable local regulations. Because Vigil provides digital services and immediate access to premium features, refunds are generally not guaranteed after purchase.

If you believe a purchase was made accidentally or without authorization, you may submit a refund request directly through Google Play.

3. Exceptional Cases (Billing Errors)

If you were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle or experienced a billing-related technical issue, please contact our support team.
